Yeah, its normal... All wm phones I tried were getting hot pretty quickly but it doesnt make it unusable or buggy.

If you have a friend with an iPhone, try to ask them if they get hot... The iPhone is like a portable camp fire

Re: Official Telus Diamond Thread

...just curious what the other Telus customers are using for back-up software?

I (sadly) have one of the devices with the no sound / cutting out sound / speaker issue. Two days into my Diamond, it is going back to be swapped for a new one.

Now I have to figure out how to transfer everything over safely. The salesperson insisted that there was software included on the CD provided, but I'm definitely not seeing it.

Any advice? (Obviously, I'd rather not pay for anything unless I have to.)

Use PIM Backup, located at the top of the How To Unlock thread. It saves your info to a file (that can be placed on the internal storage) and then just copy that file to your computer. When you get your new phone, load PIM Backup and that file on, then restore!

Re: Official Telus Diamond Thread

Seeing as this is the Telus thread, it's designed for Canadians. Try "20744" instead and see if that works, I think US cities use the zip code.
