Re: What HTC Diamond are you on?
Still on my first Diamond. Got it new in box as an insurance replacement for a stolen
Sprint Touch/Vogue; I think that would have been about.... um.... 6-ish, months after the Diamond was released. Was still in almost perfectly new, mint condition too... until I dropped it on a cement sidewalk last week. :/ I think I cried. Retired it around December when my contract renewal was up and I got the Palm Pre. Cracked the screen on the Pre, so until my bank account says I can pony up the $100 insurance deductible, I'm back to the Diamond. +1 for auto-focus camera +80 for awesome VGA screen -50 for it not being WebOS. Hey, I like the flexibility of WM, but let's face it; WebOS is pretty damn good! |

Re: What HTC Diamond are you on?
Still on first one, coming up on two years. Just got back from Iraq, and had it for those ten months as an "alarm clock". (Suspended service) Since being back, it no longer syncs with my new mac using Mark Space's missing sync. Trouble shooting to no avail; I am able to bluetooth sort of, (one file at a time) not syncing through the program though. I have read somewhere that using the mini USB as your charger can fry the data port piece, and that is possible, as I used the charger on the 240V supply overseas. So I am looking at laboriously transferring important files one at a time, then doing a hard reset. Of course, the HTC Hero is looking mighty good too. (I want to go back to a sliding keyboard though, like my PPC 6700.)
