Can not pass the Touch diamond screen

I have flashed to a different ROM and I think something went wrong. Can not pass away the Touch Diamond start screen. The device keeps restarting by it self.

Can anyone tell how to enter the bootloader or how to solve that restarting thing?

For bootloader, pull battery if phone is on and put it back in, push+hold vol. down, and push+hold power button until you get the tri-color screen. Then you can connect to USB and flash a new ROM.
