Getting stuch on boot after flashing ANY 6.5 ROM

I been trying to flash a 6.5 ROM on my htc diamond but everytime i flash a rom it get stuck on the boot.

i tried 5 different roms and all did the same thing. but when i put a custom or stock 6.1 it works fine.

by the way i the phone unlocked with the .57 SPL

i was reading around and been seeing something about using MTTY. does that help my problem and how do i fix it?
