us cellular diagnostic mode for desire?

Anyone know of a way to get get us cellular desire in Diag mode? I have tried ##diag# *#*#diag#*#... Nothing gets it in diag. I need use qpst on phone and I cant get it to connect to a port.

Please help me.

I've got an HTC eris with a (desire) rom and when I ##3424# I get the "HTC function test program (desire#C) 1.01g".

I bought this phone in this condition and would love to be able to access the diag menu but I don't know how. As I read I will find a solution for the two of us and those who come after, as I know it's not impossible. Until then...
