CDMA USCC Desire Help

Hi I just got my htc desire and came from using the tp2 which I flashed multiple times a week and very well understood the windows mobile operating system but now i'm looking to start flashing my CDMA desire but have realized there is very little out there and I have no idea on how to flash and android phone. So can someone please point me in the right direction to the best ROM and a guide on how to flash an USCC Desire. Thank you!
