Confirmed: Get Mango on your Arrive!

i'd say this post is for Arrive users and it's more of a confirmation on first post with instructions and what not. but it's completely up to you guys what you want to do with it, i just hadnt seen it posted in the forum

Putting a general app or update in something for a one model phone kind of limits the use that other will see (no one really looks in the arrive area if they have a Trophy or HD7, etc). If everyone puts their problems, issues with mango in the general area, the pot of users who are there is larger, so a fix might come from someone with a different phone.

My post with almost the same directions was a day before you started this thread. The thread with the process was created on 6/30, so if anything, it's a dup post. Sorry

I'd put it in the General section also. Mango applies to all users. I've benefitted from being able to ask other users questions in that section regarding Mango that might not have been able to be answered in the Arrive section. Only makes sense.

I am a middle of the road user, and this was easy to do. I did and then restored it so I would know how to do it when the time comes. Took almost two hours but works well, better than NODO on my arrive.
