Re: Time discrepancy in incoming text messages

Well I think the time stamp issue I've been having might have something to do with roaming. I noticed that the texts I received while not roaming have the correct time but any received while roaming are 5 hours off. Can anyone else verify that the time stamps are correct when the roam?

Just noticed this problem for the first time today, I think you are right about the time is only off when roaming. Most of my text time stamps were correct but when I am in my offace at work they would be wrong, my signal in my office is terrible so it does roam alot there. Wonder how it can be fixed?

Re: Time discrepancy in incoming text messages

Yup, noticed it even more here recently. I live right on the edge of Sprint service so when I went in town I tested it some more and sure enough all the time stamps were fine. I don't know if it's an Arrive thing or the towers we're roaming on. I'm in a Verizon/AT&T area but I guess if your roaming that's the only option

Re: Time discrepancy in incoming text messages

Actually had this happen to me today on a couple of recieved messages. I wasn't roaming so the issue will present itself when you have poor reception also.
