Yes, Yes and Yes. The woman was very helpful and I stated (very politely) that I wanted to pricematch to Amazon for $150. I let her know that I would gladly pay $250 and then do the $100 mail in rebate. She did not even check with the manager. She price matched me and activated the phone.

I did not mention the price match until after getting off the phone with SERO customer care but before we made any changes to my account.

Yeah... the Evo Shift, Arrive, and TP2 all have the same screen size/resolution (3.6", 800x480). However, the Arrive has a very VERY smooth UI

1. Can you call Telesales and order your new phone at the same time and not go into the store?

2. You cant order on the internet right with any SERO plan? I try and I dont understand the part you cant go back to your plan if you dont want it.

2. no, you can't order on the website with SERO...it tries to make you change plans.
