When is the 7 pro coming to Sprint US ?

I know the device was pictured with a Sprint logo, but HTCs WWW(no US) site has the specs as all gsm/wcdma... sprint runs on 850/1900 bands and that's not supported according to HTCs website...

Did we ever actually see the 7 Pro pass FCC yet even???

The FCC passed it way back in October. The wait is for Microsoft to finish the WP7 CDMA coding and other various OS updates.

So have you been paying attention to the net? Have you seen the reports of the phone being available in March? Have you looked at the ROM? So you assume that it's not the 7 Pro, why?

my post was at 10am, ROM didnt post till a few hours later... and no i havent looked at it yet... was gonna download in a bit (is there a better source now than some japenese page? )

and you mean "rumors" of a march launch?? we all know how launch date rumors go...

I assume its not the PRO because even HTC has it listed as GSM... I do however expect a decent size launch event for CDMA WP7 so a mid march launch doesnt leave alot of time for pre-orders and hype, which Sprint knows it needs for any launch to be successful... so i dont even believe the MArch rumors at this point...

Because Microsoft has said that the update to WP7 will include CDMA support among other things. They said the update will be available in about a month to everyone including Sprint and Verizon.

The ROM for Sprint's version of the 7 Pro has been leaked.
