Has anyone heard of a hack/key to change the snooze times? I often wish I could do a 30 min snooze.

great topic.. i was having problems changing the default ring folder.. i made the changes several times and soft rebooted the ppc each time after making the changes but could never get it to work.. i was gonna keep on trying then read this forum.. i'll think otherwise about it now.. just gonna take the advise of someone else and make em .wma mono and see how that goes...

does anyone know how to hack to choose a new fold for the tones. for like alarms and text messages and such??

My PPC doesn't have those fields. To enable the GPS application to the settings icon of my Start > Settings menu, I simply changed

HKLM\ControlPanel\GPS\Hide from 1 to 0. Then it shows up in the System tab of the Settings application.

When you say "earpiece", do you mean the volume you get when talking to someone and holding the phone up to your ear, or when you have a BT or wired earphone stuck in your ear? My BT headset is nice and loud but the basic speaker on my phone (ROM 2) seems to be kind of quiet even at max volume. Will this tweak help that?

Im new here and I want to use some of those hacks on my PPC 6700. I recently added a different rom (Sprint No Junk). Will these hacks work for me, and if so how do I do them... Thanks in advance--- Eric :lol:

Yes these will work just make sure you back up your PPC before making changes to the registry. Or at least right down what changes you make so can undo the changes if you don't like the results of your hacking. What changes are you looking to make? We will try to help you.

Im a PPC "dummy" and i literally do not know how to even do the hacks. Is there a way you can help/show me how to do it step by step. Also the things Im trying to do are increase my ringer volume, and change my LED settings, because I lost my vibrate, and they said that would be the only way to get my vibrate back. Thanks in advance and I hope you can help me solve my problem!!! :lol:
