HTC's site for sprint doesn't refer to any new update other than the one they already have posted, which only has the Music Store update (my Mogul has it already). IMO, I don't believe the problem is with the bluetooth device, I belive it's an issue with Microsoft and their voice command software. It would be interesting to see if the headset works with just the plain voice dialer that comes with the Mogul, which I may experiment with later.
