hey everybody i don't know if that will resolve your problem but the following changes is needed to send and recieve mms i quot from a diffrent thread that i have no clue where is it
"the solution is quite simple actually and if you look earlier in the thread it states the solution to this problem twice...make sure to make a new cellular connection under your connection settings that dials into #777. Call it something else like sprint 2 or whatever. Adjust the DNS settings under advanced and back in the connection manager make sure the radio button is filled in for that new connection. Don't delete the original one Sprint PCS Vision. Once you dial in for the first time it'll request a user name and password. Leave both fields blank and check the "save password". It should be usable for here on out with the settings saved and all. Regard of your city, country, and provider - it actually speeds up your internet browsing capabilities by at least 2 or 3 times faster. Follow instruction below, or peruse the link above for more: - From the Start Menu, select 'Settings', then select the 'Connections' tab - Select the 'Connections' option - Select 'Manage Existing Connections' option - Highlight your main Internet connection, and click edit (Power Vision) - Click 'Edit' - Click 'Next' - Click 'Next' (do not touch these settings!) - Click 'Advanced', do not touch your User Name/Password Now select 'Servers' Tab - Use specfic server address Enter in: DNS: 208.67.222.222 Alt DNA: 208.67.220.220 (alternatives DNS: 4.2.2.1 Alt DNA: 4.2.2.2 - 'OK' - 'Finish' - 'OK' ----- end -----" and then the mms should work i am sith sprint btw, goodluck |
