Lost Phone Service? HELP!

Hi I woke up this morning and my phone says NO SERVICE. I can't even push the phone button.
I was thinking maybe phoneAlarm messed up some registry and I used the night profile and this morning switched to Home profile. I've uninstalled phoneAlarm, soft-reset and the phone stil says NO SERVICE. WLAN, Bluetooth, Airport mode all works. Clicking on Phone, turns it "on" but it still says "NO SERVICE" and thus no EVDO either..

ROM: 3.12.30
Radio: 1.27.00
PRL: 20224

Is there a registry setting i can change to turn the Phone Service back on?
Did the Radio get corrupted?
Can I just update the Radio to 1.4?

Like to try anything/everything before hard reset, or even trying the WM6.
