I updated PRl and now it works perfectly with verizon. what a stupid verizon's Tech support. now I undestand " that makes phone carriers want to shoot rom developers."

download the latest prl for verizon to your pc.

you need to make sure you select files that is right for your plan.

sync your phone, explore your phone thru activesync move the file you downloaded to your storage card(on your ppc).

After which, you need to follow these instructions

dial ##775 then press talk(send), msl code for verizon 000000
click on PRL, click edit, brows, selct file, click update, thenok to reset.
