probem with programing phone with verizon

I flashed it to Kirvins C&S 3.5 and got the same issue. So I went to the VZW OEM ROM @ UTStar and flashed with that. After that point everything worked fine. The phone could send and receive calls. Once I got all that working I upgraded back to Kirvins C&S 3.5 and then did reg tweaks. Works like new now.

I am having this exact issue. I tried downloading the file from UTStar and it installed, but I still cannot receive calls while I have no problem making calls. I also tried updating the prl. Any one have any other suggestions?
