denti,
To do this in WM5 simply copy the shortcut pocketputty.lnk from wherever it happens to be (\windows or \program files) into the \windows\Start Menu\Programs folder. Once it is there you will be able to use the check boxes in \settings\personal\Menus to assign it to the basic start menu if you like.
If the shortcut doesn't exist, simply create it from pocketputty.exe using any file explorer program. In the native WM5 File Explorer, navigate to the exe file, then menu/edit/copy; then menu/edit/paste shortcut.
