Can't Answer Phone sometimes - notifications prob?

Here is what I have done:

Got a Sprint 6700
Downloaded and unRAR'ed Helmi Official AKU 3.5 Kitchen, Release 1.0.4 (upd. 8/05/07)

It seems like when I have a notification (unread sms, missed call, voice mailetc.) I cannot answer incoming calls. I have searched and tried MemMaid 2.0, some registry changes, etc.

I cannot use the phone button OR tap on answer, any ideas?

Thanks!

I can second this too. Sometimes I can answer, sometimes I cannot. I do have a # of apps installed and as many oem's as would fit. I am with Sprint also.

Come to think of it, I started noticing this problem when I chose the HTC 1-6 Tab Home Plugin(I think?, the one with the large LED Clock). Any known issues with this?

I also run TodayAgenda, MagicButton, too many to list, really.

I hate to reflash my ROM, as I have everything SOOO NICELY setup, but if that fixes the issue....

To clarify, I am using a Sprint Apache on Cricket's network.

Thanks!

As strange as it sounds I was able to fix this by going to settings phone time sync and unchecking the 'Automatically sync with network time' option.

I tried that already with the time sync, didn't help me.

Thanks for the input!

I have had this same problem with EVERY W5 smartphone I have had, regardless the OS or AKU. I think it is just a WM5-"ism" we have to deal with.

That having been said, however, it occurs much less frequently with my current ROM, BigJ's latest and greatest.... I'm on Verizon.

I dont have the HTC Home but I do have SPB MObile Shell. It could be a storage card issue.

I cant always turn the screen back on after being idle for a while. I have to remove my storage card and the screen comes right on.

That is probably another unrelated issue though

I will try the time sync and see if that changes anything.

OK, looks like it was the HTC 1-6 Tab, incoming calls are all good now.

I used to have this problem when I used the built in phone lock thing... Ever since I stopped using that, I haven't had an issue, and I use the HTC 1-6 Tab addon.
