The problem with Weatherpanel is that the developer disappeared a couple of years ago and the software depends upon a proxy authorization server to function (even for folks like me who've purchased it). This server stopped functioning a couple of days ago. In other words customers can no longer use their paid-for software without employing the work-around described in the linked thread. |

One: You seem to be a typical internet bully ( quite bold when your safe behind your keyboard) Two: You offered ZERO help, so your post was a complete waste of space Three: You have NO IDEA whether or not the OP owns a licensed version of the software or not. I use the Kitchen. I installed Resco Explorer FROM THE KITCHEN, however I have and use my registration code that I bought with it. I do this with a few Kitchen Applications. Four: Their servers are dead so I'm surprised your weatherpanel is working unless you've followed the second posters (you know the helpful one) advice. |

Ok I can understand why you would think I am an "Internet Bully" by saying what I did, but reading the posts here. I am assuming someone is trying to get a free program like a majority of other users.
Secondly, I have not had any problems with my program, and I just purchased it 4 days ago. Third, I am not trying to be a jerk, but a lot of times no one takes 5 minutes to search for a post instead of just starting another. If I upset you I appologize. Just a million times people post requests on the forum without first searching for the answer, which in turns causes for an abundant amount of useless posts. Well again, I appologize Ryncppr |

As to your point 3, everyone should be aware that no crack-ware or otherwise illegitimate software is bundled into the kitchen from PPC-Geeks - weatherpanel included. The assumption should be that all software discussed on this site is obtained legally - but may be trial-ware (like Resco Explorer). |
