yes I had the happen the other day and it scared the daylights out of me. (cuz I don't wanna send mine in) first a word of advice
do not use the plug in headset. This is what the issue was for me at least. my phone was having issues with the headset plug in. I guess the phone still thought the headset was plugged up. What I did was take the end of my stylus and stuck it in that headset plug hole and slightly moved around till my speakers on the unit came back to life. You also can, plug the hesdset up and wiggle it and see if u can't get it to work. I'm not syaing this is ur problem, but it was mine and the above is how I fixed it.
