what should i do!?
 

I'm having a problem with my phone. when i make a call i don't hear the person I'm calling, and they don't hear me, i also cant hear any music out loud. if the plug in the head set it works, and with a bluetooth it works too. i already did a master reset and still not sound! i don't have insurance and i called UT Starcom and they told me i could send it to repair with them but it takes 7 to 10 business days. so i was just wondering if any of you have had the same problem and might know how to fix it or should i just send it for repair?!

haha :D yes I had the happen the other day and it scared the daylights out of me. (cuz I don't wanna send mine in) first a word of advice do not use the plug in headset. This is what the issue was for me at least. my phone was having issues with the headset plug in. I guess the phone still thought the headset was plugged up. What I did was take the end of my stylus and stuck it in that headset plug hole and slightly moved around till my speakers on the unit came back to life. You also can, plug the hesdset up and wiggle it and see if u can't get it to work. I'm not syaing this is ur problem, but it was mine and the above is how I fixed it. :D hope this helps.

i think that is wat happened but now it works fine again!! but that it was brobably happened exept i didnt start using the plug in headset until it didnt work!! so i dunno but its fine now .. thankS!!
