Hang on Boot Splash ... no module installed

Hello Guys,
I'm on vista, i completely no clue on how to recover my ppc6700.

i already read the thread here: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=49837

i even not install any module... but it seem everytime i reset to factory default... it hang on boot splash screen..
i also already use rev1.00 (same as my bootloader version)...

please help...
