Luv2Chill knows the OS as well as anyone of the chefs here (ok maybee more than...). I'm quite sure this is not removed from future thoughts, but it is not going to work for now, so either use the original rom, or try the workaround.
Sorry, it's not the answer you want, but it's the current answer available.

ha ha ha yay have u created a custom rom yet? do u know the inner workings of the phone? do u know that dan/mike/colonel have all worked on this and cant get it to work. also we will not bash user on this forum. its not sprint users and it will not become sprint users.......

To answer your question...yes...yes i have with using the original rom as the base...and that is how and why i know its the embedded browser itself that is causing the problem...the reason it wont work with opera is because opera itself works on the same premise as ie 6.0 and requires both ebedded java and flash to even display the picture. As far as bashing anyone? who is bashing who here? i see noone bashing anyone.

Hey man, I've already said my piece and I have other, better things to work on. If you care to read prior posts here you'll see this has been a long-running issue ever since we got AKU3-based roms 6 months (or more) ago. Countless (really smart) people have tried and failed to get it working. One user came up with a decent workaround in the meantime.
If you think you can do it, by all means, be my guest. You will be the hero of this forum if you get it working. But posting a thread asking someone else to do it for you isn't going to accomplish much, I'm sorry to say. I'm just saying don't get your hopes up.
