Just to be clear, when I say reduce the volume, I mean I push the little end button on the Jawbone a few times. I'm not sure if the 6700's volume setting effects the Jawbone or not, but it might.

Thats funny cause I usually don't realize when mine is on! I've walked around many times and heard a strange ringing in my hear before I realized it was my bluetooth

yea I keep hearing that the ear loop is a pain in the ass. but I've read reviews, as well as evans, saying that they took the loop off and have been using it that way and even saying its easier & more comfortable that way. How well does it stay in the ear if ur movin around and such w/o the ear loop?

I saw this bluetooth at Bestbuy today, I've been wanting to c it in person to c the size of it and all and I'm really surprised at how normal the size is. All the images of the Jawbone made me feel that it was a lot bigger than all the other bluetooths but after seeing it and reading about how u all love it, with the exception of one lol, I really want it lol, can't wait to get it...I can't stand the bluetooth I have.

I had the same problem with the earloop. I played with it for a few days until I got a fix I could live with. I totally forget it is there now.

I was walking into a Walmart the other day and the guy who works in the electronics area stopped me, "What kind of bluetooth is that?"

I was startled for a moment and thought, "What the heck is he talking about?"

Just then my wife calleD, "Oh! Duh! I'm wearing the Jawbone!"

The guy loved it.

I get a LOT of looks with my mowhawk, big earings and the Jawbone!

Yea these bluetooths apparently rn't sold everywhere...

I wish they had chosen a simple USB plug for charging - needing a separate cable is a minor pain in the ass.

I had h700 I went out pick up a jawbone at best buy for 139.00 and for 20 more dollars you can get a one year warranty on top on the manufacture warranty . The best headset I have owned ,alot of folks are useing the jabra eargels and takeing the loops off . I have not tryed that yet . oh the only thing I don't like about the headset is when you are on the phone and another call comes in you have to answer with you phone . The head set will not click over .

For those who don't like the earloop or the "wedged in there" fit of the jawbone I have found a fix. Grab one of the buds you don't ever plan to use and CAREFULLY strip off the rubber from the plastic core of the earbud with a knife. Drop by your local electronics store and grab a set of Jabra ear gels. Take the little plastic core from the bluetooth and insert it into the ear gel. Attach it just like the stock earbuds. Rotate it to the right position until you like the fit and angle. Then just a bit of epoxy or gorilla glue will lock it in place. (don't use superglue - melts the gel) This way you can remove it when you want, and the gel won't pop off the jawbone while bumping around. Hope this helps someone.

that worked spectacularly! I have always been using the ear gel just over the bare end of the jawbone, and it always seemed very loose. Using the plastic core of the original earbud and a drop of foam safe CA, it works like a charm. Thanks for the tip! if anybody wants to use regular cyanoacrylate glue (CA), don't do it, you'll end up with a gooey mess. Make sure to use foam safe cyanoacrylate glue!!!

Yeah, I tried it for a bit, and the way it sat in my hear cause a zit that really hurt where it pressed. and i found i wanted a headset that plugs into my hear so i can hear better. i don't care what people on the other end hear, cuz i can just talk over background noise.
so i took this one back and ordered a Samsung WEP410 for $50 online. so far this headset is really it for me. I worry about how long it'll last, cuz it's real tiny, but it's small, simple, and stays in your ear just by plugging in. So far i had it fall out while i was running across the street, but i didn't have it properly plugged in.
but i can hear fine since it better isolates the speaker in my ear, and most of the time people can hear me.
Also, this one uses a case for charging. The case is real similar to the WEP200 clamshell case. since the headset is so small, I don't mind bringing the case with me. But it turns off when you charge it. And so far it seems to really hold a charge, haven't had it run out yet.
