Posted this somewhere else but don't remember where:

For those who don't like the earloop or the "wedged in there" fit of the jawbone I have found a fix. Grab one of the buds you don't ever plan to use and CAREFULLY strip off the rubber from the plastic core of the earbud with a knife. Drop by your local electronics store and grab a set of Jabra ear gels. Take the little plastic core from the bluetooth and insert it into the ear gel. Attach it just like the stock earbuds. Rotate it to the right position until you like the fit and angle. Then just a bit of epoxy or gorilla glue will lock it in place. (don't use superglue - melts the gel) This way you can remove it when you want, and the gel won't pop off the jawbone while bumping around. Hope this helps someone.
