That's how the patch is currently set up. It simply adds an additional carrier customization OEM called...
"Verizon ExtROM 2.07.206 (Cellular Data Network Disabled)".

I'm investigating if there is a better way to do this than duplicating each OEM.

Thanks for the clarification. So, no Cellular Data, means no MMS. Since I don't pay for MMS either that's OK with me.

I've updated the Cellular Data Network Disabled patch to be inclusive of all carriers.

Optional_FileDialogChanger 1.66

I tried the "Optional_FileDialogChanger 1.66" OEM in my last build.

I'm noticing that it breaks PHM Regedit's ability to export .reg files. I'm guessing it may break other apps too.

A much smaller version of the Cellular Data Network Disabled patch would be possible if I understood the load order of provxml files. I understand that they load last (i.e. post rgu files), but I need to understand what order they load in relation to each other. Guideance would be appreciated.

smartskey ini

I hope this is a simple question.
Where is the INI file for Smartskey when it's installed with the new ROM Kitchen?
I want to change the action of one of the softkeys [hold].

It's in \Windows\smartkey.ini. You can also edit the smartkey.ini in "OEM\Optional_Smartskey" and reflash.

Added a patch to add apps to the Optional_FileDialogChanger 1.66 applications excludes list by default.
