I am certain my User ID and Password are correct for my mailserver because if I use WIFI it connects just fine. I assume that the these are correct for the Sprint connection because other data goes through. I checked the sprint logon using the ##xxx# tools. Thanks for your thoughts. Charles |

The peculiarity of this and just the exercise of me writing this on the forum made me reevaluate. Of course it was a routing/ DNS issue. The WI-FI I was using at home has VPN so the domain is set up differently.
Anyway - just to close this thread - USER ERROR |
