Did you upgraded this ROM from Sprint 2.2 AKU or one of the custom 3.X ROM from this site?I have the 3.5 NoJunk ROM,could not install this ROM,either I got CountryID not right(I used the NoID app to flash)or it just ran for a few seconds and said it has completed the upgrade, but actually it's not.Wonder if i need to downgrade back to the Sprint stock ROM b4 I flash?any help?thanks.
I was using Helmi's R4 prior to this one. I just copied the nk.nbf file extracted from the 3.3.1 release and put it in the NoID flash utils folder in the kitchen and ran it.

I do see one annoying thing with this aku, in the network settings of phone settings, you have a choice of Home Only, Preffered A, or Preferred B. I was in a area that there was no coverage and had to select something other than home only. The phone stayed in roaming in a known good coverage area until I went in and changed it back to home only. Hopefully the new kitchen will address this....

the new core rom is still newer core compare to official aku3, but the official aku3.3 hv better drivers set... thats all... driver does matter...
So the new, new kitchen will have the 3.3 drivers and the 3.5 core? That would be pretty good, yeah!

I don't think I did. #777 was in there I believe. I just love the stability of this rom. I store all of my docs and PIE temp files on the storage card and I havent had an issue yet! I soft reset my phone just a while ago for the hell of it, didnt need to, just force of habit. I'm still a n00b with making custom roms but I am eagerly waiting for the new kitchen.

It's almost scary to think that maybe soon I will have this phone set up just the way I always wanted and stable. Yes Virginia there is a Santa Claus .....

#777, the answering modem has disconnected

I know that this is not the place for this post but please, I really need help from anyone especially any of you moderators. Every since loading spbh to my phone I keep getting a message prompt saying," #777, the answering modem has disconnected. please set connections settings." I also get this prompt," for some strange reason the modem has disconnected, please set the phone to manufacture settings and retry again." Please, please help anyone! I've done several soft resets as well as hard resets. I've even taken this program of my phone in the process. I've tried to trouble shoot with the alltel techs since I'm on the alltel network. But much to my demise, I still get this prompt and have to reset my connection settings and soft reset in order to get any data sessions working. I apologize again but I am frustrated and don't know what else to do. I'm operating on saridnour's 3.5 pr6+ rom with o2 plus & o2 plus 2.3, loving life ext rom, mort's mortplayer, net cf 3.5, weatherpanel, mypocketcalc, city id,pieplus, spbh, and e-ten blue dialer skin. Please help me moderators and other users. I have a 6700 on the alltel and have never had a problem with any of the upgrades or problems with my phone until recently. I am desperately seeking help. It would be a tremendous help

Sometimes a post just begs to be deleted. I mean, seriously - you know it's wrong but you decided to do it anyway?

I'm just going to take a wild guess that you didn't flash back to a stock Alltel ROM before calling Alltel either. Christ man, take a few deep breaths and think a little.

Now, since I've wasted everyone's time responding to your post, check your roaming options (Settings/Phone/Services/Roaming). Set it to Alltel Only. If that doesn't work for you, start a new thread instead of hijacking this one.

EDIT: or, jump into the chat room - there's usually someone around.
