can some one please help me on the asap i am stuck at a screen that says serial at the top and at the bottom its says v1.04 it showed this after getting an error 101 after trying to upgrade.....

what did i do and how can i fix it PLEASE ???? Much thanks to any one who can help me

I believe that screen is the bootloader screen.

You should be able to soft-reset and proceed to re-flash.

i tried soft reset and hard and i get the same screen what is this mtty progam that i hear of

Follow those instructions, dump the ROM to the SD card (blank/formatted fat32/between 512mb and 2gb) , keep the SD card in, soft-reset and you should be able to flash right from the SD card (since you're stuck in bootloader mode anyway)

thank you both of you i found out how to use mtty that is included with the kitchen and got it out of bootloader

Please learn to use the search feature. So many people over the years have posted tons of threads on this. We do not mind helping, but please meet half way and do your part, which is to search before posting.

yeah I know shame on me but it was one of them deals were my girl had just got me the phone 2 days ago and she was on her way home (only takes 5 mins) and if she found out i wouldnt have any fingers to use the search lol
