Why should you have to take the time to block the voice on the phones. You can tell which phones make the calls, tell them any calls placed will be taken out of their paychecks. do it 2 times, your fired. They are adults right? i think they should understand simple commands. make a call=no job
and what carrier are you with, i think, almost sure, verizon can block certain things, such as outgoing calls on a certain line.

You might take a look at something along the lines of SPB Kiosk.
I agree with the others though. If an employee can't comply with a direct order then do you really want that person working for you? I mean really.... |

Magicall is a little call filtering program. You can set it so that any outgoing calls are automatically hung up. You can also password protect it so no changes can be made. If they're tech savvy, however, and really want to make calls, they'll proly just uninstall.

yeah, deleting phone.exe would be the first place i would start. Seems like a realy easy fix for stopping calls (outgoing and incoming) but shouldnt affect the data connection because i dont think it uses the phone.exe to dial out.

Instead of deleting it you can change the security policy to disallow cprog.exe. I haven't tested this so I don't know if it will work or not, but here it is
1. Enable application blacklisting -Under [HKLM\Security\Policies\Shell] change DisallowRun from 0 to 1. 2. Add cprog.exe to the blacklist -Under [HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Pol icies\Explorer\DisallowRun] add a new string value named "1" (without quotes) and a value of "cprog.exe" without the quotes. Would be interesting to see if this works.
