BT Headset Issues

I'm trying to use this new BT Headset I got, the Plantronics 590. It works for phone calls and all, but when I try to play music (in WMP or TCPMP) it will only play 1 second of song and then it cuts out. I am using Helmi_C's latest Kitchen ROM, R4.

Any ideas here?

Yep yep! That's why it SHOULD be working... I don't quite understand why it won't work... My working theory is that the BT Stack is for some reason smaller than it should be? or the buffer doesn't clear as often as it should..? it seems like it buffers some of the data, but then when more comes through it just seizes, as it takes a while for any sound to come back. It will play short sounds like the start menu noise or the clicks for buttons, but music is no dice. The weirdest part is that it DOES work as handsfree... I have the device set as stereo and wireless headset, I've also tried just stereo and just handsfree.

The above app did not work... It doesn't look like it does anything; what is it's purpose?

Ok so I'm still having these issues. I've re-cooked Helmi_C's latest (R4) making sure I check off everything that said bluetooth or media or audio. I have all kinds of crap in my ROM that I don't want now but my BT headset still craps out! I have tried placing the files on the device as well as in SD. I have tried everything I can think of, it doesn't make any sense.

Another weird thing, if I click the start menu it will play the sound, but if I click it repeatedly it plays it two times and almost plays it the third time but then won't play again. If I leave the device alone for 10 seconds it will play again, but if I press the button it won't. This seems to be some kind of buffering problem, like it's not properly clearing the buffers? I don't know enough about this stuff to diagnose exactly what's happening but I want my headphones to work!
