VX6700 Freezes at splash screen

Another thing I failed to mention is that the right led is blinking green, I don't know if that has any real meaning or not, just thought that I would throw that in there.

The only other thing I can think of that has not been said is to flash back to an OEM ROM that potentially would not be corrupted and designed for the device. Only then could you officially confirm a hardware issue.

Had a similar problem...my sd card went bad. Once I removed the card..all was well.

I would really appreciate it if someone could tell me how to downgrade the bootloader!!!!

you do not need to downgrade the bootloader that is not the problem i dont even think there is a way to do so try flashing a clean rom in the buildOS if you havent already that may help

If you are flashing to an OEM ROM and still getting the same errors then the issue isnt with the software or ROM but rather hardware related. In other words, time to get another 6700 or get a 6800.

I'm having the same issue now but I do not know how to flash it back to the OEM Rom??
Any help... Also, activsync will not connect, so when I get the rom how do I flash it back?

UPDATE*
I found the OEM Rom... updated through bootloader and seems to be fine. Will try the ROM Update again and see what happens!

You should use the search feauture. There are some downloads around here for stock ROMs. Also ActiveSYnc doesn't need to connect. Just put the phone in bootloader.

The last ROM update I did was a self installer to wm6, do not completely understand the whole kitchen concept, is there a wm6.1 self installer for my xv7600 verizon?
