Bluetooth Possibilities & Wisbar Advanced Questions
1.) Whenever you sync up with another bluetooth enabled phone (I synced with the Motorola SLVR) what all can you do? I couldn't find anything on my phone about it....
2.) I'm wanting to have a picture/icon based looking interface. I want to have the floating windows and all that good stuff. Something very much along the lines of the Mac OSX theme. I feel like I'm making this task much more troublesome than it is. But even when I tried to download and install one of the themes made by someone else, doesnt seem like I'm doing something properly. Any help will be very much appreciated! Thanks Brian

Just to clarify more on the theme/skin situation...I dont want everything on a line by line basis...I just want it really graphical...
ALSO, what can you do about picture sizes when someone calls...the size of the pics are so small.

1. I think u can send files and contacts and I think that's about it. I don't use that much myself, and I think it only works with certain phones. cuz I couldn't bluetooth a pic from the v551 to the 6700.
2. wisbar advanced and wisbar desktop are what ur looking for in the graphical interface. I will try and find the mac osx theme for ya and post later. 3. The only way to get the pictures bigger is to, use a 3rd party app. I can't remember the name tho at this moment. anyone know?

With WAD & WA2 remember to use only QVGA themes. A lot of themes on the Lakeridge Forums are for VGA devices. Also read up on the newest builds of both programs. They maybe beta, but for the most part will run better then the origonal version.

Yeah, with BT you can send files.
A friend wanted my "24"/Jack Bauer ringer today and so we just connected via BT and I sent it to his Moto phone in about 30 seconds. Re: Picture size when someone calls... TIP: Make all your contact photos taller than their width. The taller you make it, the "bigger" it'll be in your pop-up screen. So don't make them long rectangles or squares, make them tall-rectangles. It's not perfect, but it works.

could u take an unactivated ppc 6700 and teather it to a samsung a920 via bt and use the a920's powervision through the ppc's browser???

lol well I had got a black theme awhile back on there somehow...now I wish I would've just left it alone because I cannot get the skins to work...I'm following directions but the placement of files and where to get which file and things like that arent working...
Plus I thought there would be a way to just apply a skin...not so easy? so CONFUSED I think I'll just do a hard reset and start from scratch...
