yes you can change the welcomehead.96.png by renameing the one in windows to welcomehead.96.old then copying the one that you want to windows folder but must be named welcomhead.96.png.
On another note I just experienced the problem with the voicemails not showing up and will be experimenting with phone alarm since I never had this problem with Phone alarm. My problem was when phone was charging and calls came in and voicemails were left. More later tonight after I finish New rom. CaptainJager

Ok for those that I have made roms for with phone suite in it. I have checked and tried this with my own phone. On the today screen you have to go into phone suite options, Then uncheck phone notifications. You will still be able to get notifications at least I do. Let me know the results.
