Replacement LCD Problems
Hi, I had a cracked lcd and replaced it with one I got from ebay without too much hassle. Everything seems to be working fine however the colors seem to be a little off. The blacks look like a really dull gray and photos in pocket explorer look weird. They look a little bit like a photo negative. I've checked all the connections twice and everything looks fine.
Has anyone else experienced anything like this? Does it sound like a defective screen?

Well after comparing the phones display to my laptops, it looks like what is supposed to be white is washed out with blue. Well the entire screen is washed out with blue it just shows up more in the whites. I remember reading that this is a problem with these lcds. Will it go away over time? Any solutions?

Funny, I have the same problem. The screen works great, so I'm not TOO worried about it. Just curious, but who did you get it from on Ebay?
