Hi, I had a cracked lcd and replaced it with one I got from ebay without too much hassle. Everything seems to be working fine however the colors seem to be a little off. The blacks look like a really dull gray and photos in pocket explorer look weird. They look a little bit like a photo negative. I've checked all the connections twice and everything looks fine.

Has anyone else experienced anything like this? Does it sound like a defective screen?
