Phone Issues

There are many issues with my apache that i have had to deal with since i bought it off ebay it worked fine when i got it but i enflicted all the damage. i can only charge the phone by propping it up with a stylus on the dock and alos i cant hear ppl anymore through the regular speaker on the front i had this problem before and i fixed it by shaking it but that didnt work this time does anyone know how to fix this? also i am going to buy an XV6800 with my christmas money i want to know is it still worth it or should i wait to get a touch pro in july
