Need Help And Answers!!!!

I have the HTC Touch Pro,I am trying to download the manilla customizer, but when i go to launch the program I get an error "Unexpected eror has occured in manilla customizer.exe. This application requires a newer version of the Microsoft.NET Compact Framework than the version installed on this device." I have tried finding a download for this but no luck. What am I doing wrong please HELP!

Well first you're in the wrong forum. this is the apache forum, and you need the touch pro forum. secondly you need net compact 3.5 which is floating around here somehwere.... matter of fact its in someones sig. lol try searching for it.
