Need Help And Answers!!!!

I have the HTC Touch Pro,I am trying to download the manilla customizer, but when i go to launch the program I get an error "Unexpected eror has occured in manilla customizer.exe. This application requires a newer version of the Microsoft.NET Compact Framework than the version installed on this device." I have tried finding a download for this but no luck. What am I doing wrong please HELP!
