If you change that close on exit option to on, then that behavior will not occur. Also, he has recently moved all of the settings to the registry. I prefer the .ini as it is easy to find and change, but the registry may read faster, and I understand this newest version is pretty fluid.

Im going to grab it now, thanks.

I'm guessing it's the same as in the current kitchen. It looks like the WM5 spinner. but with bevels and gradients to give it a less-flat look.

icontacts just shows all the ones that fit on the screen and won't let me scroll.

and the S2L works when i go into programs and start it, but i've not had it start on its own once.

iCOntact itself isnt your Contact Manager. It is nothing but a list that points to your default contact manager app.

Their are some newer versions available on the freeware sites. SSContact and ContactManager IiRC. Each has more abilities than iContact but iContact scrolls with a much higher fps and smoother feel than any of the others Ive tried.

I wouldnt mind a solid black backgound and white text though if anyone can make that happen.

Its only an .exe so look in \windows\icontact.exe and delete it.

This didn't work for me. I also went into remove programs and it was still there. When I clicked on icontacts it said I had a sharing violation AFTER I did the remove .exe method you said above also...Any other ideas?
