CAB for ICS

Is there a cab for internet connection sharing that I can add to the stock WM5 without upgrading to WM6 or a custon ROM?

We tried at one time to add a cab to wm5 too... it didn't work and we just upgraded to wm6.1 ... it was the easiest thing to do in our opinion.

How come you don't want to upgrade?
