CAB for ICS

Is there a cab for internet connection sharing that I can add to the stock WM5 without upgrading to WM6 or a custon ROM?

We tried at one time to add a cab to wm5 too... it didn't work and we just upgraded to wm6.1 ... it was the easiest thing to do in our opinion. ;)

How come you don't want to upgrade?
