Sound problem w/ my xv6700

Until about 3-4 hours ago, my phone has been working just fine. I went to try and use the phone and as I was calling someone, there was no ring, but it said it was connected. I tried a few more times, only having the same thing happen to me. Just for the hell of it, I checked my phone and ringer volumes, and moved them back and forth, and no sound was coming out? Could ANYBODY have any idea as to what is possibly wrong w/ my phone? When I hard reset it, the phones makes the "da-da-da" sound, but that's it. I would greatly appreciate your help!

`John

Thank you SO much for reporting back with the problem. I doubt you'll ever read this, but I had the same exact issue and though I was thinking about the jack I wasn't certain. I mean, I hadn't used that in AGES and for it to all of a sudden hit my phone like that puzzled me. But it worked! Just plugged the headphones in and out a couple of times and BAM! sound. Thanks again.
