It isnt IE thats trying to connect but rather some other app on your device that is using IE to dial out with for that data connection. You need to find out what that other apps is and it could be anything. It could be an IM, receiving mail, weather updating, ECT.

Yea I think it mighta been the palringo IM auto connecting cuz it jus stopped after I ended the program and changed the settings, and I doubt it was a virus, I jus flashed my phone like 12 hours ago at the least lol

I know there are A/V softwares out there but I have NEVER seen a bug or virus infect a phone. I have Blue jacked/snarfed ppls BTs but thats all Ive ever seen. I use IM+ and it also has a setting to auto-connect and stay connected so you have to watch out for those type things.
