Try flashing the latest official Verizon ROM. Try this first before you take it to a VZ store. If you take your phone in there with an unofficial ROM, there goes your warranty.
So I recommed this: 1. Flash the latest official ROM from VZ 2. Use the phone for a little while to see if you have a hardware problem or if it was just a corrupted ROM you cooked. 3. Try flashing another ROM (JBabey, colonel, etc have some very stable ROMs out there). 4. Assuming their ROMs work, try cooking your own again. 5. If you phone is still crappy, then flash the latest official VZ one and bring it to the store.

well just last nite i went through something similar. thought i was having usb problems...couldnt get a rom to flash all the way and then got to that same screen. got stuck in bootloader and finally got out and all good now....
first...can you get to bootloader?? thats all that really matters. if you can get there try flashing a rom, now use the verizon rom first b/c you probably messed up the radio and need a good install from verizon first. if you get stuck in bootloader (after a flash it wont leave bootlaoder), there is a program to get you out, but you arent there yet. mine frooze 25% into flashing so i had to stop and got all messed up but keep trying to flash and finally did. then you can flash a newer rom...keep us updated...
