Try flashing the latest official Verizon ROM. Try this first before you take it to a VZ store. If you take your phone in there with an unofficial ROM, there goes your warranty.

So I recommed this:
1. Flash the latest official ROM from VZ
2. Use the phone for a little while to see if you have a hardware problem or if it was just a corrupted ROM you cooked.
3. Try flashing another ROM (JBabey, colonel, etc have some very stable ROMs out there).
4. Assuming their ROMs work, try cooking your own again.
5. If you phone is still crappy, then flash the latest official VZ one and bring it to the store.
