Re: Replacing ppc6700

VZW (Asurion) switched out my 67 for a BNIB 68 some time back.

Re: Replacing ppc6700

Yep, Asurion is easier to deal with. I regret that I had droped them on my 6700. Also they are two different companys, WAH.

Re: Replacing ppc6700

Im on my 3rd Apache in 2 years, and so far, all they have given me were refurbed Apaches, i broke my phone last night (fell from wasit height) now im wondering if i should just try to wait and pickup a Touch pro, because im kinda sick of having the same phone.

Re: Replacing ppc6700

My phone has broken yet again. I spoke with the customer service and they said I would get a replacement 6700. So I went down to my local sprint store and they ordered up a replacement. I was not asked anything about the replacement phone, and expected to receive another 6700. When I went in to pickup my replacement phone, it was the 6900 (Touch) model. I told the salesperson, I cannot use the 6900 as it has no WiFi. He said he would order the 6800 (Mogul) for me. I think their warehouse finally ran out of refurbished 6700 models.

Re: Replacing ppc6700

I've had my Sprint 6700 for over two years and the battery is now running out very quickly. Would they honor a replacement for that kind of battery problem? I would like to get the Mogul. If I go to Sprint store now, what is the chance of replacing it with Mogul?

Re: Replacing ppc6700

i had a dead battery issue but they said that didn't work to get new phone or battery....but my keyboard was unfixable bc they didn't have the replacement part so that trumped the battery issue....try to find something not normal wear and tear.....i got a 6800 upgrade, lovin it!
