Dude, you rock! Let me try this first thing at the Office on that Test phone! I'll report back and hopefully with GOOD (no pun) news!

I'm doing this now but I can't seem to find the: PP_IOTA_v1_10_Apache_206300.sa.CAB file. All the others are there.

It should be in your Ext Rom2 folder on your device. You have Sprint correct?
ftp://ppcgeeks:ezupload@up.ppcgeeks...._206300.sa.CAB

you can download it and save to your device. or if you can connect to data on your ppc then go ahead and try GOOD software. make sure you reset after the last extrom2 .cab install.

Well, I tried everything you said and when I check on the Handheld Information section of Good's OTA INstaller, I still show the ESN as an IMSI number, therefore when I try to install, it fails.

Can you show a screenshot fo your Handheld Information showing as an ESN (you can scratch out the numbers) or are you able to connect using the IMSI number?

I did this yesterday as I hard reset to take off Good Software today. I don't want to get used to something I won't have for long.

So it must be that Altel makes it so that its an ESN (is Altel GSM?) whereas Sprint screws it up.

Ok Hard reset and soft reset when 3 sec thing comes up. You have to set up the data connection manually Start then settings connections tab at bottom then connections.then manage existing connections, click on sprint then edit ( if nothing click new then add Sprint, Modem is cellular line, using number #777 and leave username/password/domain blank, when first connecting and it asks for them again, leave them blank and check the remember box). You also have to set up the voicemail number yourself and the ## numbers don't work. Then try to install GOOD if you get an error let me know there are 2 .cabs in the extendedRom2 that you will have to run using the extromtools. Cert_SPCS.CAB
Cert_SPCS.sa.CAB
But lets try this first

Well, that didn't work. I just did a hard reset, then a soft reset before the 3 seconds and then added #777 so I could connect, then I downloaded GOOD OTA, installed it, checked Handheld Info and it showed IMSI
