For stuck in bootloader u might use uni_exitbootloader or the manual way here with mtty:

or try task 28 in mtty to format/hardreset after that u can try flash shipped rom pack..

or last try is a bit more dangerous...
DONT USE IT UNLESS IT REALLY NECESARRY IT MIGHT CORRUPT YOUR CID (VZW__001,SPC_001 etc)

task 28 55aa will repartitionin DOC entirely, everything is erased, after that u can try flash shipped rom pack (OS,EXTROM,RADIO)...

u should be carefull when apply task 28 55aa it will erase everything, and it might erase ur CID too, so rom update must use NO ID RUU updater only, dont use it unless it really necesarry...
