Col,

Thanks for the help installing the ROM in vista. It works worderfully!! Appreciate all the hard work. One quick question though. I tried to install Voice command 1.5 I had bought a while back and it doent seem to work. It keeps popping up a message indicating "Voice Command encountered a problem. Restart Voice Command and try again". I have tried reinstalling many times with no success and the same error"

What should I do? Help

Liemthung

Honestly, I would suggest getting VC 1.6. It is much improved and will work great. The rom you have probably has it built in except for the VoiceCmd.exe. You will need to get this to make it function.

Is there a way to close programs with this ROM? I don't see a way to do that...

Nah, I usually leave the Task Manager/X-button apps out. Mostly I do this because people have so many different preferences. No matter which one I put in, people will want a different one. So, I just leave it out and let people add them later. They are usually small apps anyway.

it's actually very easy to compile a rom from the kitchen. I'm a total noob and did it so I recommend anyone else waiting for a custom rom to come out to just try the kitchen. Documentation is included and it as ez as 123. You will also have the opportunity to choose what programs you want in the process.

Yes, the kitchen is very easy to use. Once you use it once or twice you will be able to do just about everything a normal user would want.

Also, as I have stated, there is almost always a new nk.nbf on the ftp for sprint users and I can crank out one for other carriers as well.

I'd love to have one for vzw, Colonel. I'm currently using your Sprint nk.nbf since I didn't see one for vzw
